Ellen leads the Operational Efficiency capability, partnering with both portfolio company executives and investment teams to deliver on profitable growth initiatives. Before joining General Atlantic, Ellen was a Principal at SBI Growth where she advised technology & services clients on Go-to-Market transformations. Prior to that, Ellen held various consulting roles with Accenture and SSA & Company.
