Assets Under Management “AUM” refers to the assets managed by GASC and its affiliated relying advisers as of the last day of the prior quarter. Assets Under Management equals the sum of: (i) the aggregate fair value of the investments held by GA’s investment vehicles and (ii) Dry Powder. “Dry Powder” refers to the aggregate amount of capital GA is entitled to call from its capital partners, pursuant to the terms of their respective capital commitments for future investments or management fees and expenses, including the amount of capital that is committed to be invested by the Sponsor Co-Investors in our investment vehicles, and excluding investments that have been made using our subscription credit facilities, but have not yet been called from our capital partners. For the GA Core Program, this reflects the amount of capital that is committed to be invested by the Core Program Sponsor Co-Investors over a calendar year. However, the actual amount of capital invested by the Sponsor Co-Investors in the Core Program is tied to an annual investment target that is set at the beginning of each year for the GA Core Program. In the event the actual amount invested by the GA Core Program in that year exceeds or falls short of the investment target, the actual amount of capital invested by the Sponsor Co-Investors will be higher or lower than the amount of capital that was originally committed to be invested. AUM includes the AUM of investments funds and clients advised by Actis LLP (including its affiliated advisers) as of September 30, 2024, even those the acquisition of Actis LLP affiliates was not completed until October 1, 2024. AUM does not include the Personal Investment Vehicles (as defined in GASC’s Form ADV Brochure).

Total Capital Invested Since Inception represents the total capital invested through the last day of the prior quarter, including contributions for deal-specific partnership expenses and amounts contributed by the Sponsor Coinvestors. Capital Invested amounts do not include any allocation of management fees or Non-Deal Expenses because management fees and Non-Deal Expenses are not capitalized into the cost basis of investments.

Global Locations and Global Reach reflects numbers of cities where General Atlantic and/or Actis maintain at least one office (excluding Wework office space).

In Leading with a Globalist Mindset, “Investments” reflects all portfolio companies in each region as of the last day of the prior quarter. “Active Since” reflects the year in which GA became active in the region. In Meet the Team, Investment Professionals reflect the number of full-time investment professionals primarily dedicated to the Growth Equity strategy as of the first day of the current quarter, excluding Portfolio Management, Value Creation, Capital Solutions and Business Operations professionals.

Meet the Team reflect the number of full-time investment professionals primarily dedicated to the Climate strategy as of the first day of the current quarter, excluding Portfolio Management, Value Creation and Capital Solutions and Business Operations professionals.
