Lord John Browne joined Aaron Heslehurst on the BBC’s Talking Business Weekly in early June to mark the start of LGBTQ+ month.

Lord Browne discussed his journey coming out, his thoughts on anti-LGBTQ+ legislation and the broader implications of doing business in such countries, the importance of having LGBTQ+ role models in the workplace, and his hopeful outlook for change moving forward.
