Lou served as the President & Chief Executive Officer at Hospital for Special Surgery and transformed the hospital into a global research and innovation hospital under his 17 years of stewardship. He has extensive professional experience in the healthcare industry, having previously held leadership positions at Geisinger Health System, the McKinsey & Co. Healthcare Practice, Allegheny General Hospital, and the Greater Cannonburg Health System.
