Lucas Jones

Lucas Jones is Chief of Staff to the Co-President, Global Head of Climate & Head of EMEA at General Atlantic. Previously, he was a member of the firm’s Growth Acceleration team. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Lucas was an Associate at Strategy& where he worked with private equity and corporate clients on due diligence and growth strategy projects.
