Federico is a Vice President, Climate & Sustainability at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s BeyondNetZero Fund.

Before joining General Atlantic in 2023, Federico was a Senior Manager at Systemiq, working as the Private Capital lead in the Sustainable Finance team. Prior to that, he was an Associate and Manager at Mesoamerica, a Latin American private equity firm.
