John Toriello is a Managing Director at General Atlantic and Global Head of Portfolio Management and Due Diligence. John is responsible for monitoring portfolio company fundamental performance, liquidity planning and the due diligence process across all General Atlantic investments, and is a member of the Valuation Committee of the firm.

Before joining General Atlantic in 2021, John was a Managing Director at Blackstone and held a variety of roles in the corporate finance function, as well as supporting investment professionals and portfolio companies on finance matters. Prior to Blackstone, John was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers advising on acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets transactions.

Hilary Lindemann is a Principal at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s portfolio management process. Before joining General Atlantic in 2011, Hilary was an Investment Banking Analyst at Greenhill & Co. in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring Advisory groups.

Cornelia Gomez is a Principal at General Atlantic and the firm’s Global Head of Sustainability. In this role, she oversees the firm’s strategy to advance environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts for its global operations and across its portfolio. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Cornelia was Head of ESG and Sustainability at PAI Partners, and she also served as the Global Coordinator for the International Climate Initiative (iCI), a Private Equity industry group that is sponsored by the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Investment. Previously, Cornelia led the Social and Environmental Compliance unit at Casino Group.

Before joining General Atlantic in June 2024, Anand served as India Consumer CFO at Amazon India, where he partnered with India Country Head to build a large and sustainable business. Prior to that, he was Head of Finance, South Asia for Syngenta (Swiss MNC with global turnover of ~$15B), and General Manager, Finance of Britannia.

Lucas Kolton is a Vice President at General Atlantic and focuses on the Portfolio Management process. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Lucas was a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting where he focused on Finance Strategy and Transformation.

Lexi Wachter is a Vice President at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s strategy to advance environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts for its global operations and across its portfolio. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Lexi co-founded Bridge House Advisors where she supported clients as an ESG Business Advisor. Previously, she was a Project Manager at Environmental Resources Management (ERM).

Mary Catherine “MC” Jones is an Associate at General Atlantic and focuses on the Portfolio Management process. Before joining General Atlantic in 2023, MC was an Assurance Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Asset and Wealth Management Group.

AnneMarie Marks is an Associate at General Atlantic focusing on the due diligence process across the global General Atlantic investment program. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, AnneMarie was an associate in the Deals practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers advising clients on financial due diligence.

Aoife Fitzgerald is an analyst at General Atlantic and focuses on the Portfolio Management process. Before joining General Atlantic in 2023, Aoife was an Assurance Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Asset and Wealth Management group.

Dhawal Bhathawala is a Director at General Atlantic’s India office. In this role, he provides strategic support and financial expertise to the firm’s investment teams and portfolio companies with a focus on India & Asia-Pacific region. Before joining General Atlantic in 2023, Dhawal was Vice President at Blue Ashva Capital, a SEBI registered Alternative Investment Fund. Prior to that, he was associated with IIFL, Deloitte and EY. Dhawal is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.

Raya Schrauwen is a Sustainability Analyst at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s strategy to advance environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts for its global operations and across its portfolio. Before joining General Atlantic in 2023, Raya was a Research Intern at Climate Impact Partners. Prior to that, she was a Research Assistant at Imperial College London. Before that, she was an Sustainability Intern at Rabobank.

Hal Wilkinson is a Sustainability Analyst at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s strategy to advance environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts for its global operations and across its portfolio. Before joining General Atlantic in 2023, Hal was on the audit graduate scheme at KPMG.

Caitlin Tiani is a Coordinator at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Portfolio Management efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2013, Caitlin was an Assistant Controller, at an Insurance Agency.
