Before joining General Atlantic in 2024, Tiffany was a Vice President at Macquarie Asset Management’s Client Solutions Group based in Hong Kong. Prior to that, she was a co-founder of a consumer start-up company in China.

David Chang is a Vice President at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2024, David was an Associate Director, Institutional Sales at Principal Asset Management in Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was an Associate Director in Business Development team at AMP Capital; and he was a Senior Associate at J.P. Morgan Asset Management Global Liquidity and an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Corporate & Investment Banking Division.

Chaeri Yoo is an Associate at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2024, Chaeri was an Analyst at BlackRock in Alternative Specialist Team.

Zoe Shi is a Vice President at General Atlantic and focuses on investments in China. Before joining General Atlantic in 2016, Zoe was an Associate at Temasek in Beijing where she focused on investments in the Internet & Technology and Consumer sectors.

Pamela Fang is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Solutions for Asia at General Atlantic. Before joining General Atlantic in 2017, Pamela served as Director and Head of the Investor Development Group in Asia at Actis. In this role, she was responsible for fundraising and investor relations activities in the region. Prior to that, she led global business development and fundraising at CDIB Capital International and worked at GE Capital as a senior investment lead, focused on direct private equity investments. In addition to over ten years of private equity experience, Pamela held various senior roles focused on business development, mergers and acquisitions, debt structuring, and sales at Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital.

Eric Zhang is a Managing Director and Head of General Atlantic’s business in China. Before joining the firm in 2016, Eric was a Global Partner and Managing Director at The Carlyle Group from 2006 to 2016 where he focused on investments in Asia. Previously, he was Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Credit Suisse in Hong Kong, and prior to that, he was a Vice President in the Investment Banking division at China International Capital Corporation Limited in Beijing.

Oscar Fan is a Managing Director and Head of Consumer for General Atlantic’s China region. Before joining General Atlantic in 2020, Oscar was a Principal at TPG Capital. Prior to that, he held various investment roles at Barclays Capital and Macquarie.

Roger Gao is a Managing Director at General Atlantic and focuses on investments in the firm’s Financial Services and Technology sectors in China. Before joining the firm in 2012, Roger was an Analyst in the Investment Banking division at Goldman Sachs based in Hong Kong where he focused on the consumer, retail, and healthcare sectors.

Jacqueline Li is a Principal at General Atlantic, providing financial and analytical expertise to the portfolio companies in China. Before joining General Atlantic in 2018, Jacqueline was the CFO at GLP in the Financial Services segment. Prior to that, she was the CFO of ymm, a logistic platform start-up company. Jacqueline also has more than 10 years financial due diligence experience with PwC Transaction Services in China and Australia M&A markets.

Naoki Ishigaki is a Vice President at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Naoki spent over 13 years at Goldman Sachs and had variety of client facing roles in Japan. Most recently, he was a Vice President for Alternative Investments & Manager Selection Group (AIMS) at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Young Seok (KC) Kim is a Principal at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2020, Young Seok was a Senior Client Relationship Professional for the Client Solutions Team at Partners Group in Seoul, Korea. Prior to that, he was a Vice President of the Global Investment Division at KTB Private Equity.

Ivy Tang is an Associate General Counsel at General Atlantic and Head of Legal in Greater China and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining General Atlantic in 2018, Ivy held several roles at Morrison & Foerster, Hong Kong. Prior to that, she was a Corporate Associate at Allen & Overy, Hong Kong & Shanghai.

Gregory Venit is a Vice President at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2021, Gregory was an Assistant Vice President at Citi Private Bank in the Private Equity and Real Estate Research and Management team. Prior to that, he was a Capital Transactions Manager at Dexus.

Yumeng Wang is a Vice President at General Atlantic and focuses on investments in China. Before joining General Atlantic in 2017, Yumeng was an Equity Research Analyst at HSBC where she covered the Healthcare sector. Prior to that, she was an Equity Research Associate with Credit Suisse in Hong Kong.

Hailey Jiang is a Senior Associate at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Hailey was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Private Wealth Management Division.

Donghoon Lee is a Senior Associate at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Donghoon was an Associate Portfolio Manager of Private Equity Group at J.P.Morgan Asset Management. Prior to that, he was an analyst of J.P.Morgan Corporate & Investment Banking Division.
